“We’ve recently launched our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy which codifies our commitment to ensuring our business mirrors that of New Zealand and the wholesaler industry. We are also working to ensure cross departmental representation on 85% of company projects or committees. We are looking forward to further advancing these initiatives in the coming months to continually foster an environment where everyone can be themselves at work”.
