This year, the theme of International Women’s Day is Gain to Give which seeks to encourage a mindset of generosity and collaboration. 

As many businesses work to foster a culture of collaboration, this must be underpinned by a genuine commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

We are also working to ensure cross departmental representation on 85% of company projects or committees. We are looking forward to further advancing these initiatives in the coming months to continually foster an environment where everyone can be themselves at work”.
