Many businesses/PCBU's are still unaware of their full legal obligations to their workers, for example health monitoring, record keeping compliance and team involvement are key parts of hazard identification and risk management - by not incorporating these in H&S plans, businesses/PCBU's are not showing the legally required duty of care for themselves or their workers.
