As the days get shorter and the weather gets colder, it’s hard to believe how quickly the year is flying by. Times are tough, as we all know, with the news dominated by talk of the recession. It can be difficult to retain a positive outlook when business confidence is at its lowest since 1974, and reported business activity for the last three months is the weakest since 1970.
